Everything all that is done by the computer is software. Without software our computer is Nothing and become big, heavy and expensive that can do almost nothing except burn off electricity. With software our computer can do almost everything, Software ranges from low level that tells our computer to perform most basic functions and when you turn it to high level our computer perform higher functions like browsing the web and everything between. Computer software that are used to create applications that we use in our daily life. Shortly I can say, computer software are the ones that enables us to use computer related hardware’s. A software enables a hardware to work accordingly if connected to computer. Think that how the mouse, printer and external keyboard works with a computer, they must be connected by a software.
